No. Every request is reviewed by a manager, who contacts you with a preliminary offer or questions. The final price is confirmed only after inspection and document verification.

The preliminary offer is based on the details and photos you send. It may change after a physical inspection, a VIN / chassis check, a check of the registration documents, loans, liens, restrictions and fines, and confirmation of the car’s history, condition, specification, mileage and damage.

Sometimes, yes. Tell us about the loan in the form. The loan has to be settled as part of the official transfer process; your manager will explain the steps for your case.

For the online request — none are required. You can add the Vehicle Registration Card (Mulkiya) if you wish. Other documents are needed only for the official transfer; if we need them in advance, your manager will send a secure upload link. Please never send documents by WhatsApp or email.
