These Terms of Use govern the use of karavango.co, operated by Karavan Car Trading L.L.C-FZ (“Karavan”, “we”). By using the site you agree to these terms.
1. What the site is
The site lets you (a) send a request for Karavan to consider buying your car and (b) view cars from Karavan’s own inventory and contact us about them. The site is not a marketplace, a financing service or an online ownership transfer service.
2. Requests to sell a car
- Submitting a request does not create an obligation for you or for Karavan to buy or sell.
- No price is calculated automatically. Any preliminary offer is non-binding and may change after physical inspection, VIN / chassis check, document check, check for loans, liens, restrictions and fines, and confirmation of history, condition, specification, mileage and damage.
- A purchase is concluded only outside the site, through the official ownership transfer procedure. Payment is completed after the agreed transfer process.
- You confirm that you are the owner of the car or authorised by the owner, and that the information you provide is accurate.
3. Cars for sale
Listings are provided for information. Specifications, equipment, history and availability must be confirmed with a manager before purchase. Prices may change and a car may be sold or reserved at any time. A listing is not an offer that can be accepted online.
4. Acceptable use
Do not upload unlawful content, malware, content you have no right to share, or documents of other people. Do not attempt to interfere with the site or access data you are not authorised to access.
5. Liability
[Limitation of liability wording to be provided by legal counsel.]
6. Governing law
[To be confirmed by legal counsel — laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the U.A.E.]
