How selling your car works

Selling a car should be clear and predictable. Here is exactly what happens after you send us your car’s details.

1. You send the details and photos

Fill in the online form: your contact details, the make, model, year, mileage and condition of the car, and at least four photos (front, rear and both sides). Extra photos of the interior, odometer, engine and any damage help us give a more accurate preliminary offer. You can add the Vehicle Registration Card (Mulkiya) now or later.

2. A manager reviews your request

Every request is reviewed by a person, not an algorithm. The manager may call or message you with a few questions, ask for more photos, or ask for the VIN / chassis number.

3. Preliminary offer

If the car fits what we buy, we share a preliminary offer. It is not binding: it is based on the information and photos you provided.

4. Inspection and document check

We arrange an inspection of the car at an agreed time and place. We check the VIN / chassis number, the registration documents, whether there is a loan, lien, restriction or unpaid fines, and confirm the specification, history, mileage and condition.

5. Final price

After the inspection and document check we confirm the final price with you. The final price can differ from the preliminary offer if the inspection shows something different from the information provided.

6. Official ownership transfer and payment

If both sides agree, the ownership is transferred through the official procedure required by the authorities. Payment is completed after the agreed transfer process. We do not complete transfers online and we never ask you to sign anything on this website.

If the car has a loan

Tell us in the form. Cars with an active loan can sometimes be bought, but the loan must be settled as part of the official process. Your manager will explain the steps for your specific case.

What we do not do

  • We do not calculate prices automatically.
  • We do not provide loans, financing or buy-back arrangements.
  • We do not ask for Emirates ID or passport copies through the public form.
